Введение. Рейки - это целительская практика, пришедшая из Японии. Хотя этот метод лечения широко используется для лечения различных психологических и физических симптомов, исследований в подтверждение его эффективности мало. Целью этого систематического обзора была попытка оценить, вызывает ли Рэйки значительный лечебный эффект.

Методы. Исследование было осуществлено с помощью электронных поисковиков Medline, EMBASE, Cochrane Library и Google Scholar. Качество отчетности оценивалась с использованием модифицированных критериев CONSORT, методологическое качество было оценено с использованием показателя качества Jadad.

Процесс отбора исследований для мета-анализа

Данные. Были отобраны статьи на основании следующих признаков: наличие группы плацебо или другой адекватной контрольной группы, клитическое исследование на людях, вмешательство с помощью Рэйки-практика, публикация на английском языке. Два исследователя независимо друг от друга анализировали данные по дизайну исследования, критериям подбора групп, типу контрольной группы, размеру выборки, результатам и характеристикам измерительных средств.

Результаты. Модифицированные критерии CONSORT показали, что всех проанализированных 12 испытаниях, отобранных по критериям, присутсвовали недостатки: не у всех была рандомизация, ослепление, в одном исследовании результаты были получены на животных (не на людях). Девять из 12 испытаний показали значительный терапевтический эффект вмешательства Рэйки.

Выводы. Ограничения в методологии и отчетности исследований не дают сделать окончательный вывод. Высококачественные рандомизированные контролируемые исследования необходимы для решения вопроса об эффективности Рэйки.
